"What do you think to this space, can i get a house on it" to which I replied yes of course you can. Some drawing works later, a planning application and lots of liaising we got a planning approval for a new contemporary 3 bedroom property, on a very very tight site. 

The site for the new dwelling is currently a car port sandwiched between the existing property and the neighbours house. The site is right on the road, with a nice sized garden. 

Our proposal maximises the site to the fullest. The ground floor allows for a open plans kitchen dining living area, leading on to a fair sized garden through the full width bi-fold doors to the rear. The front provides parking for 2 vehicles under the over sailing first floor.

The upper floors provide accommodation for 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom, the uppermost floor has a separate ensuite facility. 

The proposal required a thinking out the box solution, which evolved over many conversations with the client, planners and sketch ideas. 

The final proposal won over the planners, and has provided a valuable asset to the client, and very tight somewhat unexpected building plot.
