An existing property that was bought by a young couple wanting to modernise their new home. Plan | it were appointed to carryout drawing works to provide more usable space to the rear of the property. The existing out buildings were wasted space, cold and not used to their full potential.

We provide a scheme that utilised the existing footprint of the property plus added some additional first floor space to ensure this property was future proof for the start of a young family.

Initially appointed to carry out works on one property our brief extended to carry out the works to do the same to the adjoined neighbours also.

The space was already there, which we re-planned and made better. Plus the first floor addition for a master bedroom with ensuite was a welcome addition.
