As a fast growing business that was out growing  their existing premises, they required modernisation and extensions to accommodated the demand for professional childcare facilities.

We were appointed to finalise the planning process, discharge conditions, and provide the building regulations drawings and construction information. Working closely with a local builder we provided the required information which lead to a successful completion of works, and the facility to take in more children and provide a fantastic daycare facility for them all to enjoy.

The scheme included:
- new kitchen/cooking facilities
- new refurbished class rooms with new kids toilet facilities
- external play areas
- new facilities for the maintenance and facilities department
